Due to a large volume of prescription requests, we will now be asking for 48 hours notice by email where possible, on all repeat prescriptions (this does not apply to farm or equine medications). This is to ensure that the medication can be ordered and delivered in time for collection, and also allowing the vet to check and sign off the prescriptions.
For example, medication ordered before 5pm on Monday will be ready to collect from 3pm on Wednesday, and medication ordered before 5pm on Friday will be ready to collect from 3pm the following Tuesday.
For parasite treatment and food orders, please allow 24 hours notice by email where possible, as usual.
