Mike Day’s charity open water swim

On Sunday Mike and his son Jacob completed the 4 kilometer swim from the breakwater in Plymouth sound, to Tinside beach on the Hoe alongside 300 other swimmers!

This was in aid of The Chestnut Appeal for Men’s Health – a charity that raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer patients across Devon and Cornwall.
