We are now offering a delivery service for medication and pet food free of charge for any clients choosing or enforced to self-isolate.
Please see the zones in the picture below, as long as you give us 48 working hours notice we can deliver to house on the days below.
Zone 1 – Tuesday (order by 5pm Friday)
Zone 2 – Wednesday (order by 5pm Monday)
Zone 3 – Thursday (order by 5pm Tuesday)
Zone 4 – Friday (order by 5pm Wednesday)
If you live outside any of the zones please let us know and we can arrange a delivery when we are in a nearby zone.
As you will be in isolation our staff will leave the delivery on your doorstep, knock on the door and then walk back to the end of the path. We will call the day before to give you a rough time and take payment if required.
VISITING THE PRACTICE
If you or anyone in your immediate family/household are unwell or showing symptoms that could be related to Coronavirus, we respectfully ask that you do not visit the practice at the moment. If your animal requires assistance please call to discuss this with us.
We ask all clients visiting the practice to wait in the car, phone to let us know you have arrived and let us know which car you are in. We will then come out to the car to get you when the Vet is ready.
Only one owner to come into the practice with each pet, this will help us reduce the amount of people entering the practice.
We would like to avoid cash payments wherever possible, so please bring your bank card to make payment.
