Ordering repeat prescriptions, food and parasite control over the Christmas period

Please make sure you get your orders in with plenty of time to spare. Christmas is a very busy time and we will be closed on 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th December and closed on New Year’s Day. If you need repeat prescriptions, food or parasite treatments before Christmas, the last orders need to be in by 5pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Please request all orders by email to

Orders placed on Monday 21st December will be ready to collect from 3pm on Tuesday 22nd December.

Orders placed on Tuesday 22nd December will be ready to collect from 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December.

Orders placed on Wednesday 23rd December will be ready to collect from 3pm on Tuesday 29th December.

Orders placed on Tuesday 29th December will be ready to collect from 3pm Wednesday 30th December.

Orders placed on Wednesday 30th of December will be ready to collect from 3pm on Thursday 31st.

Orders placed on Thursday 31st will be ready to collect from 3pm on Monday 4th January.
