Repeat prescriptions and food orders

 
If you would like your repeat prescription or food order to be ready for collection before the Bank Holiday weekend, then please order via email or Petsapp by 5pm on Wednesday, 23rd August at the latest. This will then be ready to collect from Friday, 25th August.
 
Orders placed on Thursday, 24th August will be ready to collect from 3pm on Tuesday, 29th August.
 
Orders placed on Friday, 25th August will be ready to collect from 3pm on Wednesday, 30th August.
 
Please be aware we are closed on Bank Holiday Monday, so any orders sent by Petsapp or email over the bank holiday weekend may not be picked up until Tuesday 29th August.
 
Our emergency service will be available as normal over the long weekend.
 
Please give us as much notice for repeat orders as possible, as we are having to source some products through different suppliers.
