We are very pleased to now be able to offer the services of a veterinary physiotherapist at our Ivybridge surgery. Annie Scorer has been working as the head of the rehabilitation team at Bristol Vet School for the last 5 years but has moved to Plymouth recently and will initially be coming in every Friday, but with potential to expand this if there is enough demand.
Physiotherapy is of great benefit to animals that have had orthopaedic surgery but can also help with any condition leading to lameness, stiffness or altered gait such as arthritis, athletic injuries or developmental joint disorders. If you think your pet may benefit from physiotherapy then please speak to one of the vets who will be able to refer you for a session with Annie.
